College Access Plan (CAP) has a 8-week program for middle schoolers beginning Oct. 23 and ending Dec 10. Students will meet after school on Mondays and Wednesdays, developing academic, social and self-advocacy skills.
Topics include high school prep, college prep, career exploration and self-advocacy.
