St. Francis' Joseph Adams '21 and Miles Straw '21 Conducts First Polymerase Chain Reaction Project on Campus

St. Francis High School congratulates its students Joseph Adams ’21 and Miles Straw ’21 for conducting the first PCR (polymerase chain reaction) project on campus! The project demonstrated the students’ ability to identify specific genes present in a sample. These two freshman biology students completed a college-level report of exceptional excellence! A special thanks to the Adams family for donating a thermocycler and centrifuge.
