St. Monica Academy Girls’ Volleyball Team Wins Section Championship

After winning their first four playoff games, St. Monica Academy’s Girls Varsity Volleyball team advanced to the Division V-A Southern Section Championship on Saturday against top-seeded Irvine Tarbut V’Torah. The Crusaders lost the first two games 16-25 and 21-25, but in an amazing comeback, they won games 3, 4, and 5: 25-13, 25-17, and 15-11!
