St. Philip the Apostle School First Day of School for the Class of 2024



St. Philip the Apostle School welcomed its kindergartners today with several classroom activities and their introduction to their new surroundings and to their teachers. Some school children have their parents with them.

Overall, the first day went smoothly as orientations were held and the children were shown around the school premises.

St. Philip the Apostle School is a Catholic parish school supported by St. Philip the Apostle Parish. It is a Kindergarten through 8th grade school that feeds into all of the local Catholic high schools including Mayfield Senior School, Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy, La Salle High School, St. Francis High School, Loyola High School, and Alverno High School. St. Philip the Apostle School is on the forefront of the use of technology to support and enhance the curriculum.
