St. Philip the Apostle School’s Academic Decathlon Team Finishes 12th in Recent Academic Decathlon Competition
St. Philip the Apostle School’s team, represented by Ethan Breaux, Will Dalgarn, Antonio Estrada, Grace Gustilo, Paul Hawkins, Caitlin Lee, Katrina Lopez, Conor McGrory, Elizabeth Nail, Raphael Navarro, Ellie Parisi, Laura Searcy had a fantastic showing on Saturday, March 1, 2014!
The team, coached by Mr. Yniguez, Ms. France, Mr. Hawkins and Mr. Navarro, competed against 112 teams and placed:
4th in Logic
3rd in Religion
4th in Literature
4th in Math
5th in Fine Art
8th in Science
10th in English
. . .and 12th Overall!
