St. Rita School: Raider Relays Recap

Last Sunday, March 31, St. Rita School once again put on an impressive track meet with 17 schools attending. This event truly requires a village. St. Rita School thanks Mr. Martinez and Coach Tavera along with their incredible staff who run the hills training the team. And a big shout out to everyone who volunteered and attended this incredible event.

Special congratulations to Aiden Mahoney (5th grade) and Saleen Marganian (8th grade) for breaking Raider Relay Records in B Boys’ Javelin and A Girls’ Shot Put! Aiden’s throw also broke St. Rita’s School Record.

St. Rita School competes in the 145-school CYO program of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and is one of its most successful members. It is a part of the powerful East Foothill Conference. The Raiders can claim hundreds of league, tournament, track meet and CYO Championships by their 24 teams in 7 sports.
