Landscaping in Pasadena Goes Virtual During Pandemic

Touchless lawn care doesn’t sound very effective but one company doing business in Pasadena is touting the technology to make it possible.

Lawn Love, based in San Diego, doesn’t claim to be able to cut grass or trim hedges without touching them.

“Our system has removed any of the face to face interaction that is typically required between a lawn care provider and homeowner when providing estimates or picking up payments”, said CEO Jeremy Yamaguchi

Lawn Love allows people to remotely schedule, manage and pay for services, generating “quotes using satellite imaging technology to map the size of a lawn,” according to a statement from the company.

“The average lawn care company in Pasadena lacks the resources to modernize their business models to adhere to social distancing regulations. By working with Lawn Love, these local lawn care professionals can get out there, do a good service in the community, and continue making money for their business and their families.”
