Websters Fine Stationers, a local fine stationer and office supply store located in Altadena, is the one stop shop for many necessities. You could spend hours browsing through all the stationary, notebooks, pens, books, games, home decor, and craft supplies, all while sipping on a cup of coffee!
Customer service is a major component in what Webster’s Fine Stationers is all about. Co-owner of the store, Lori Webster says, “I’d like to be the place where people go to shop. Excellent customer service every single time, not just hit and miss. But when you come in, you can except to get a nice cup of coffee!”
While customer service is key, Webster’s is also concerned with supplying quality products that customers can use to make their home or office look nice and organized.
Since stationery and office supplies are two of their main products, Webster’s features environmentally friendly merchandise and all sorts of recycled items.
“We’re carrying Crane stationers now, which is a tree-free product. Not everybody knows that about Crane. It’s made out of cotton, which is a nice, sustainable and renewable resource,” Webster states.
It doesn’t stop there though. Need to ship something? Webster’s can take care of that too. They are an authorized UPS and FedEx shipper, and you can even purchase a box and packing materials while there.
