Alleged Cell Phone Thief Sought

The Pasadena Police Department is asking for assistance in finding a man who walked into a Pasadena business, asked to see a pair of cellphones, and then allegedly left with the devices without paying for them.
He is described as a black man, 5’10” in height, with black hair.
At the time of the crime the suspect was wearing a black hoody under a green jacket, and blue jeans.
