Winter is here and Bella’s Gourmet Pizza has a cup of home-made soup to warm up the palate. According to head chef Brian Rumsey, the new selection is “made from scratch every day…through the winter time just to shake off the chill of the outdoor cold.”

Old Pasadena’s favorite pizza stop began offering the soup on Sunday. “So far so good. I’ve sold out everything that I prepared and everybody’s loving it,” Brian said. Each cup of the soup costs only $3. A bowl costs $6.

The head chef has definitely more selections in store for the winter months when he said, “Keep your eye out for the daily chef specials.” Brian seems to be promising customers “something new every single day.” It would be “something that’s off menu” just like their four-cheese pizza or the quattro par pizza. The blend of four different cheeses, spices, and herbs made this pizza a stand out on Monday.

Dine in with pizza lovers or carry out your order. Bella’s Gourmet Pizza opens its doors at at 11 o’clock everyday. Everything simple, fresh, and good at Bella’s can also be delivered during store hours.
