What Pasadena Police Department officers have defined as a possible burglary ring was smashed Saturday afternoon with the arrests of four accused burglars.
At about 1:50 p.m. Saturday, PPD officers arrested four Pasadena residents on suspicion of burglarizing a Dudley Street residence, said PPD Lt. Chris Russ. One of those arrested was a 17-year-old male with an outstanding warrant for alleged robbery, Russ said. The other three suspects were as follows: Marquise Montgomery, 18, Antonio Dismuke, 18, and Lance Black, 20, Russ said. Authorities impounded a dark blue Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme with no license plates.
“This was a clear case of excellent police work,” Russ said.
Russ said all four men are suspects in other burglaries in the city, and have likely posed as solicitors to “case” neighborhoods.
Anyone who has seen three black men or a Hispanic teenager soliciting using a dark blue Cutlass Supreme is asked to call the Pasadena Police Department at 626-744-4501.
