City Modifying Services; Closing Some Facilities

The city of Pasadena continues to closely monitor coronavirus (COVID-19) developments. Based on the latest public health information and the urgent need to stop the spread of the virus, the city is closing several public facilities and making the following service modifications:

The city’s Human Resources Department is closed for in-person meetings until further notice but is serving customers by phone and email, 626-744-4366 | HR@cityofpasadena.net.

Job opportunities continue to be advertised online, and the department continues to accept applications.

The City’s Municipal Services Payment Center remains open to accept payments for utility bills, business licenses, collections, etc.

All city Recreation and Community Centers, except for Jackie Robinson and Villa-Parke Community Centers, are closed to the public.

Jackie Robinson and Villa-Parke Community Centers will maintain a limited food service.

All city parks remain open.

The Police Lobby will be limiting public access effective March 16, 2020. Services associated with Police Records and Police Property & Evidence will be provided by appointment only. Those requiring records services will need to call (626) 744-4565 during the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, for instructions on how to request incident reports, impound releases, records checks and clearance letters. To schedule release of property please call (626) 744-4510 during the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
