Cloudy, Moderate Weather Will Lead to a (Surprise!) Mostly Clear and Sunny Week

Monday night will be partly cloudy in Pasadena, with a low around 53, as winds of five to 10 miles per hour blow from the southwest becoming west northwest after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 15 mph tonight.

The National Weather Service says another weak front moves through the area this evening. The front may bring some rain in some parts of Los Angeles county but its main effect on Pasadena will be another round of northwesterly winds.

Tuesday will be mostly sunny with some clouds in the morning, especially up in the north slopes of the mountains due to the northerly surface flow. Maximum temperatures will fall another two to four degrees, highs at around 70, with some advisory level winds of five to 15 mph from the west northwest, sometimes gusting up to 20 mph.

Tuesday night will be mostly clear with lows around 50. West northwest winds could still gust as high as high as 20 mph, but the wind advisories will expire after midnight, says the NWS.

Wednesday will be sunny, with a high near 77, as a northeast Santa Ana flow affects Pasadena, keeping skies clear and allowing for a four to eight degrees jump in maximum temperatures.

Wednesday night will be mostly clear with a low around 51.
