Critical Missing Persons Bulletin

On 4-26-13, at about 7:30 AM, MP-Chavez was last seen at the South Pasadena Convalescent Hospital. MP-Chavez suffers from the early stages of Alzheimer’s.

MP-Chavez does not have a medical alert bracelet and may not have any form of identification in his possession. MP-Chavez’s destination is unknown.
