Entertainment lawyer Michael Vogler appears on the September 2013 cover of Los Angeles Lawyer magazine for his article “Foreign Practices” where he outlines the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and how U.S. entertainment companies operating abroad need to develop comprehensive plans to avoid FCPA violations.

“With explosive market growth in emerging foreign markets, studios are shooting overseas with ever greater frequency. It is critically important that U.S. entertainment companies operating abroad develop comprehensive FCPA compliance programs or face significant liability, including DOJ and SEC prosecution.” said Vogler.
