Fireworks, Parades, and Fun Flag-Waving Celebrations: Marking Independence Day 2019 Pasadena-Style

Published on Wednesday, July 3, 2019 | 5:22 am

Independence Day falls in the middle of this week today, but that hasn’t lessened spirits or plans. If you’re looking for ways to celebrate with fireworks (which in Pasadena are only permitted at the Rose Bowl), a BBQ, or something more unusual, the Pasadena area has plenty of ways to get your patriotism on:

The Rose Bowl Stadium is looking forward to hosting the 93rd annual AmericaFest on Thursday, July 4, 2019. This year we will once again showcase a world-renown fireworks show and entertainment to remember. You won’t want to miss it!

Special performances by TNT Freestyle Motocross, Nathional Anthem performed by Maximo Marcuso and the PCDA NoteAbles Choir, Apollo 11: The Immersive Live Show Preview, SoCal VoCals Live Performance, Disney’s DCappella Live Lion King Performance followed by the Biggest Fireworks show in Southern California.

A huge thank you to all of our donors who have made AmericaFest the Nations best Independence Day celebration. https://www.rosebowlstadium.com/events/detail/america-fest

Make another great Madison Heights memory…
The MHNA July 4th Parade and Picnic has become a neighborhood tradition that celebrates hometown heroes and strengthens the relationships between neighbors. Families come from throughout the Pasadena area to join the fun.

Everyone loves a parade—especially when you and your family can join the procession to Allendale Park. We’ll have crafts for the kids and live entertainment, https://www.eventbrite.com/e/madison-heights-2019-july-4th-parade-picnic-sponsor-now-tickets-61247714563?aff=erelexpmlt
