Full Kitchen Renovation for The Raymond Restaurant & 1886 Bar!

The Raymond Restaurant & 1886 Bar are very excited to announce that they will be closing the restaurant and bar from today, Monday, April 1st, 2013 until Monday, April 22nd, 2013 for a very well deserved full-kitchen expansion and renovation!

Over the last couple of years the Owners of The Raymond have created 1886 Bar, remodeled all of their patios, and now, “The Raymond’s little kitchen is 35 years old and it is time! We are honored and so grateful to all of our loyal guests that have propelled us to this point,“ states Executive Chef Tim Guiltinan. “We have been very limited in the kitchen previously and this full-kitchen renovation and expansion will allow my entire kitchen team to expand their skills and we can finally to take the next steps towards refinement and being the best we can be at The Raymond & 1886 Bar.”

The Raymond Restaurant & 1886 Bar are planning on reopening Monday, April 22nd, 2013 so that they can participate in Pasadena Restaurant Week. 1886 Bar will then introduce their new spring cocktail menu the following week, when Chef Tim Guiltinan is hoping to debut his new dining menu as well.
