Hart Park House’ Excursion – Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA)

Join the Hart Park House Senior Center for an entertaining and educational excursion to the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in Downtown LA. on Friday, June 28. Founded in 1979, MOCA is the only museum in Los Angeles devoted exclusively to contemporary art. It is committed to the collection, presentation, and interpretation of work produced since 1940 in all media, and to preserving that work for future generations.

The trip to MOCA includes an educator-lead guided tour which highlights the various exhibits in a fun and exciting way as well as provides the most information about MOCA’s collections and current exhibitions. Lunch will be enjoyed at a local restaurant, and it is recommended to bring $10-15 for lunch. The cost of this trip is only $25.00 and goes from 10:00 to 2:30pm.
