New Rose Parade Seating Company Offers Luxury Viewing

Although it seems like the Rose Parade just passed, now is the perfect time to secure your seats for the 2018 parade. Orange Grove Seating, a newcomer to the Rose Parade seating options, offered 7,000 seats along with a VIP lounge which included catered food, heaters and TVs for up-close parade viewing.

“We had a great first year and are looking forward to providing seating for many years to come,” said Bryan Meckelborg, Orange Grove Seating Managing Partner. “For 2018, we’re really excited about our VIP deck.”

Orange Grove Seating plans to expand upon their successful VIP lounge concept and is currently negotiating with partners to provide the tastiest breakfast, most indulgent hot chocolate and finest coffee.

Orange Grove Seating also partnered with Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Union Station Homeless Services and donated $10 per ticket sold when customers entered the charity’s online code. Next year, Meckelborg hopes to partner with more local Pasadena charities and school bands that will be playing in the parade. Check their website for more details.

“We want people to think of us as an alternative to the other [seating] company that has always been there,” said Meckelborg.

Meckelborg says most people book tickets in December and that Bleacher 70 is the most popular because it’s closest to the TV media stands. So, if you’re heart is set on being close to the action, book in advance. You’ll receive a 20% discount on all tickets purchased before March 2018, so don’t delay.
