Pasadena-based Terray Therapeutics to Move Out, to Monrovia Technology Campus

Pasadena biotech company Terray Therapeutics is relocating to a 49,000-square-foot property within the Monrovia Technology Campus, where it plans to grow its workforce after raising $60 million in a Series A funding round led by Seattle’s Madrona Venture Group.

The firm has reportedly signed the lease agreement for an office and a lab space located at 750 and 800 Royal Oaks Dr. in Monrovia.

It is planning to move to the office space by August and to the lab space by early 2023.

Currently, Terray Therapeutics occupies a 7,500 square feet building within the Alexandria Innovation Center at 129 N Hill Ave. Suite 103 in Pasadena.

“Building on the momentum of our recent $60 million Series A financing, our dedicated laboratory and office space will support our growing team, expand our discovery capabilities and further accelerate our generation of premium chemical data at unrivaled scale,” Terray Therapeutics Chief Executive Officer Jacob Berlin said.

Last February, Terray Therapeutics announced the closing of a $60 million Series A financing. This financing follows a previously unannounced $20 million seed round co-led by Digitalis Ventures and Two Sigma Ventures.

According to the firm the financing will be used to advance the company’s preclinical pipeline of therapeutics and its “discovery partnerships.”
