Pasadena Burger Favorite Big Daddy Opens Second Location Across from Huntington Hospital

Red-hot Big Daddy’s Fire Grill is so popular at its first gutsy location next to hamburger heavyweight In-N-Out, that it’s opening a second, considerably larger location across town in less than a year.

This new gem is much larger, has new exciting additions to the menu, including chicken wings and breakfast, and will be open 24 hours a day. The televisions are breathtaking; 9 beauties including two 90 inch LEDs that are the largest commercially produced televisions in the world. And we can’t wait to see what Big Daddy does with his Chicken Wings.

“This location is much larger so we can accommodate more guests more comfortably” said Big Daddy’s Fire Grill Partner Amer Hanna. “We are introducing our soon to be famous Chicken Wings, and a Catering Menu that will blow you away.”

“Customers are so excited to have us there,” Amer said, referring to the original East Pasadena location. “They begged us to open another one!”

Big Daddy’s became wildly popular among both foodies and burger fanatics because their food is prepared with a delicious difference: the beef is 100% Angus (even the chili) and the meat is marinated and smoked by 100% Oak Fire – imbuing the meat with a bold flavor and searing in the juices.

Wood grilling plays an essential role in the restaurant’s unusually flavorful burgers and meats. The technique is more costly and harder to produce – but the incredible aroma and juicy meats just cannot be imitated by any other method.

“Being across the street from the Hospital is going to be great. The people at the hospital are very excited to have us there – especially since we are planning on being open 24 hours” said Hanna. “We are going to create an atmosphere here that will be something of a safe haven; a place where all hospital employees and visitors can come relax and feel at home with our amazing food and friendly staff.”

“And the televisions are just amazing. 9 screens all together that can all play different games. The two 90 inch screens are unreal. It’s going to be like watching the Lakers courtside!”

Big Daddy’s Fire Grill will open November 1st, opposite The Huntington Memorial Hospital in the busy Orangewood Shopping Center at 147 W California Blvd., Pasadena,  (626) 356-4900.

The first location can be found at 2122 E. Foothill Blvd., Pasadena.
