The League of Women Voters, Pasadena Area, and the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce are co-hosting a mayoral candidate forum that will be broadcast on the Arroyo Channel and live-streamed on Zoom.
At 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 17, the League and the Chamber will host Pasadena Mayor Terry Tornek and Pasadena Councilmember and attorney Victor Gordo, who are each vying to be Pasadena’s mayor.
The mayoral candidates will meet face-to-face (in a socially distanced manner) in the City Council Chambers at City Hall. Due to COVID-19 concerns, there can be no audience for the event.
Each candidate will have the opportunity to present an opening statement. Then Tornek and Gordo will respond to all questions posed by the moderator and follow up with further comments. Each will also provide a closing statement.
If you have questions you would like asked of the candidates, please email those to firstname.lastname@example.org before close of business Wednesday, September 16.
