Pasadena Chamber Seeks Nominations for Corporate Citizens of the Year

The envelope, please? The Pasadena Chamber of Commerce is seeking nominations for its Corporate Citizens of the Year awards. 

The awards recognize businesses that have made significant contributions to the Pasadena community.

“Each year at our Inaugural Gala we recognize two member companies as the Corporate Citizen of the Year,” said Pasadena Chamber CEO and President Paul Little. “Recently we starting giving one to a for-profit business and one to a nonprofit business, rather than choose a large and small business of the year.”

Little said awardees must be members of the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce.

Awardees will be selected based on their contributions to the community, including:

• Volunteerism
• Financial support
• In-kind donations
• Advocacy
• Innovation

Nominations will be accepted until July 15, 2023.

The Corporate Citizen of the Year awards will be presented at the Chamber’s Inaugural Gala on Thursday, June 29, 2023. The gala will be held at the Langham Huntington Hotel in Pasadena.

In the past, the Corporate Citizen of the Year awards have been presented to businesses such as the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association, Anderson Business Technology, A.J. Longo and Associates, Villa Gardens and other fine local companies.
