Westminster Presbyterian Church
Our service this week begins with “Here I Am, Lord” (stanza 1).
In the Windows of Westminster we come to the window of Isaiah. Isaiah represents all the prophets in our windows. He called for people to return to God and to practice justice and righteousness (which always go together). Pastor Twining Campbell observes that we are very much like Isaiah – we are afraid and have issues that often prevent us from hearing and following our Lord.
Deborah Owens reads the lesson from Isaiah 6 where Isaiah is called to become a prophet.
Dr. Imre Szilas is on vacation and we are playing encore pieces this Sunday.
Dawn Digrius Smith shares some of the history of Westminster at its beginning.
Our service is produced and directed by Robert Smith and is available on our YouTube and Facebook pages (Westminster Presbyterian Church, Pasadena CA), our webpage or by email.
