Pasadena Convention & Visitors Bureau, known as Visit Pasadena, has been selected as a Smart Meetings 2022 Platinum Choice Awards Winner. The Platinum Choice Awards honor the hospitality industry’s top-ranked hotels and destinations that display the highest standards of overall excellence in service and amenities.

At the Pasadena Convention Center and Civic Auditorium, attendee turnout has consistently been overperforming with events such as Lightbox Expo, Anime Pasadena, Eric Chou World Tour, America’s Got Talent, the Golden State Tattoo Expo, The Boyz World Tour, and more. As the Pasadena Center Operating Company wraps up 2022, new events continue to be added to the roster for the upcoming year, such as Pasadena Comic Con, ONEUS, Giggles & Grooves “Valentine’s Day Edition”, AlienCon, MonsterPalooza, Bernadette Peters, and more on the calendar of events.
“Our hotels, restauranteurs, attractions, and cultural assets have really stepped up to deliver safe, seamless hospitality and engaging experiences as gatherings begin to inspire connection and joy once again,” said Michael Ross, CEO of the Pasadena Center Operating Company. “We are thrilled to celebrate this prestigious award as Pasadena welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors to our enriching activities, holiday festivities, and the Tournament of Roses New Year’s celebrations and sporting events.”
