Rain and mountain snow is expected throughout the balance of the week with a second storm spreading rain and mountain snow across the area Thursday and Friday, the National Weather Service said in a Hazardous Weather Outlook statement issued Monday.
Tuesday will see an increase in clouds, with temperature highs of 68 °F and winds at around 5-10 mph. A 90% chance of precipitation is also expected come Tuesday evening.
The midweek mark of Wednesday ushers in partly cloudy skies with lows of 47 °F while a brief chance of sunshine can be expected the next day with highs of 62 °F. Thursday night will have rains again with mostly cloudy skies and a low of 49 °F.
Friday and Saturday will mostly be riddled with showers, with lows of 50-51°F, ending the week on Sunday with a welcome ray of light with mostly sunny skies and highs of 69°F.
