Pasadena Water and Power Introduces New Outages Map

Published on Friday, August 28, 2015 | 3:03 pm

Pasadena Water and Power has launched its new power outage map. As a community-owned utility, Pasadena usually experiences fewer outages and shorter durations than many other cities. However, should power go out in an area of the city, the new outage map provides additional information about the general location and the estimated time of restoration, when available.

PWP recommends that customers also register their mobile phone number with PWP’s Outage Management System. When registered, customers who experience an outage can call the PWP outage line at (626) 744-4673 and request a “call back” to be notified when power has been restored.

To view the outage map visit http://cityofpasadena/waterandpower/OutageMap. Customers can register their phone numner with the Outage Management System by contacting PWP Customer Service at (626) 744-4005.
