Paul Martin’s American Grill Unveils Tenth Location in Los Angeles

Renowned Restaurateur Paul Fleming Opens New Spot in Pasadena Mid-January

Paul Martin’s American Grill announces today its expansion and opening of tenth location in Pasadena. Located on popular Lake Avenue, the much-loved concept from acclaimed restaurateur Paul Fleming focuses on “Seasonal & Delicious”, using only the highest quality, peak-of-the-season ingredients, placing emphasis on house made produce. Helmed by Operating Partner Joseph Corona and Chef Partner Mark Fitkowski, Paul Martin’s Pasadena provides a scratch made menu of contemporary American dishes to the East Los Angeles community.

Comfortably accommodating more than 200 diners in almost 7,200 square feet, Paul Martin’s Pasadena embraces the restaurant’s upscale casual style with luxurious wood, plush seating, sophisticated and modern interiors, inclusive of table and booth seating. The restaurant features a 900 square foot outdoor dining space, which is available for private events of up to 44 guests, and the largest bar area seen at any Paul Martin’s property, complete with a charcuterie station.

Chef Partner Mark Fitkowski, oversees the kitchen ensuring use of the finest seasonal produce, seafood from sustainable fisheries, and free-range meats and poultry, with no item frozen or precut, which Paul Martin’s is known for. The menu will include firm favorites such as Salt & Pepper Shrimp, Pacific Wild, Lightly Fried and Pesto Aioli, “Brick” Chicken with Free-Range Chicken Breast, Mashed Potatoes, Za’atar Croutons and Herb Jus, Cedar Plank Salmon with shallots and bacon, organic bloomsdale spinach and crimini mushroom jus and Devil’s Food Cake, Three Layers with Rich Ganache made from Cordillera Chocolate, Garnished with Amarena Cherries and Whipped Cream. Additionally, a full bar menu of hand-crafted cocktails with house infused spirits, and the Paul Martin’s celebrated wine list of more than 100 labels, with 80 available by the glass will also be offered. “At Paul Martin’s, we never take shortcuts in the kitchen,” says Joseph Corona, Operating Partner at Paul Martin’s American Grill Pasadena. “Nothing is ever premade; we start with the highest quality ingredients and make food our guests enjoy and feel good about. We are excited to introduce Paul Martin’s to Pasadena and believe the restaurant offers a type of dining the local community will love.”

Paul Martin’s in Pasadena will offer weekly specials, including daily happy hour from 3 to 7 p.m., the Tuesday Fried Chicken special, Sunday brunch and Sunday’s Prime Rib dinner. Paul Martin’s is open for lunch and dinner, as well as Sunday brunch, making it perfect for weekday lunches with coworkers, happy hours with friends, and date nights. The restaurant will be open Monday-Thursday 11 a.m.-10 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and Sundays 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.
