Pretrial Hearing Scheduled For Man Accused of Killing Local Man in Pasadena CVS Parking Lot

A pretrial hearing is scheduled for a man accused of fatally stabbing an Altadena man in a CVS parking lot.

Enrique Antonio Real, 19, of Baldwin Park, was arrested shortly after the fatal stabbing of Christopher Flores, 30, on Sept. 10, 2020. The incident took place shortly after 8:15 p.m. outside a CVS Pharmacy at Orange Grove Boulevard and Fair Oaks Avenue, according to Pasadena police officials.

According to police their investigation revealed the victim and suspect knew each other.

Flores was taken to a hospital after police and paramedics responded to “multiple calls” reporting the attack.

Real, who matched descriptions provided by witnesses, was found trying to leave the area and taken into custody, Lt. Carolyn Gordon said at the time.
