San Gabriel Valley Chambers to Host Webinar on Building Organizational Resilience

The San Gabriel Valley Area Chamber Executives will host a free webinar on Thursday, May 16, at 12 noon, featuring Raymond E. Foster discussing building organizational resilience. 

The webinar aims to provide insights and practical knowledge to business leaders.

The webinar is part of the “Lunch and Learn Webinar Series: Renewal and Resilience: Navigating the Future of Business in 2024,” a collaboration between about 18 local Chambers of Commerce, including Chambers in Pasadena, Altadena, South Pasadena, and San Gabriel.

The webinars are free and open to the public, but attendance is limited, and registration is required for each session.

Foster, a seasoned leader with over 40 years of experience in law enforcement and policing, will share his expertise on understanding and assessing organizational resilience, as well as implementing resilience-building practices. He has honed his leadership skills through academic pursuits, including a Master’s degree in Public Financial Management from California State University, Fullerton and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Management from The Union Institute.

In addition to his professional achievements, Foster is an active community volunteer and leader. He has served as Past President of the Rotary Club of San Dimas, Secretary of the San Dimas Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and current President of the San Dimas Rotary Foundation. His involvement in various community organizations highlights his commitment to creating positive change on multiple fronts.
