No victims were discovered after gunfire rang out in a residential neighborhood in Pasadena on Monday afternoon, police said.
Gunshots were reported at about 5:20 p.m. in the area of North Raymond Avenue and Villa Street, Pasadena police Lt. Sean Dawkins said.
Police found spent bullet casings at the scene, but no signs of anyone who had been struck by the gunfire, he said.
Witnesses reported the shots appeared to come from a passing vehicle, Dawkins added.
