South Pasadena Police Department are seeking the public’s help in locating a driver who on Monday followed a woman walking her dog and then exposed himself to her.
The driver pulled up alongside her in the 300 block of Arroyo Drive about 1:30 p.m. and exposed his genitals, South Pasadena police said. The car was last seen going northbound on Arroyo Drive towards Pasadena.
The suspect, a white man about 30 with brown hair and a beard, wore a white, long-sleeved sweater and was driving a red, four-door Kia with a partial license plate of “6TEL.†police said.
The South Pasadena Police asked anyone with any information regarding the suspect or the car to call them at (626) 403-7297.
