Another storm is on the horizon and expected to reach Pasadena about midnight after the city enjoys a sunny and almost 70 degree Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service.
It will also be windy through Tuesday night, according to the NWS. The chance of precipitation is 90%, and new rainfall amounts of between a tenth and a quarter of an inch are predicted for Pasadena.
Rain and wind will linger in the City of Roses until Thursday before the region dries out for the weekend.
Wednesday will start with scattered rain, which will then give way to a chance of showers in the afternoon. There is a 100% chance of precipitation. New rainfall amounts of between a quarter and a half of an inch are predicted.
Thursday will be mostly cloudy, with rain likely.
The week finishes by transitioning into partly cloudy Friday and a sunny weekend, NWS forecasters predicted.
