On Thursday, April 18, the human resources team from The Langham Huntington, Pasadena attended Pasadena City College’s Annual Spring Job Fair to educate students about the variety of career opportunities offered in the hospitality industry. A leading employer in the Pasadena area, The Langham Huntington Hotel provides approximately 500 individuals with full-time and part-time work in a variety of areas, including accounting, front office reception, concierge, kitchens, food and beverage service, laundry, housekeeping, banquets and stewarding, engineering, meeting services, sales and spa/health club.
More than 1500 Pasadena City College students and alumni attended the Job Fair, including high school students who did a walk-through of the fair as part of their campus tour. The hotel’s human resources team interacted with the students, informed them about the current open positions for summer, and educated students about what it’s like to work at a hotel.
