At a meeting on Thursday, June 23, members of the Transportation Advisory Commission (TAC) unanimously agreed to schedule their annual meeting this July 28.

It is at this meeting when the chair and vice-chair as well as other officers are elected and committee appointments may be made.

Appointments to be made at this meeting may include the Design Commission appointment and appointments to the various TAC Subcommittees.

As per city staff, some commissioners’ terms will expire this June 30. The names of commissioners with expiring terms were not provided but Chair Adriana Lim is among them.

“This is my last meeting, I believe. I have been here for six years,” Lim said. “It’s been a wonderful learning experience for me and it’s been a privilege to represent the City of Pasadena and District four on this commission.”

The TAC is also expected to take consideration of its 2022-2023 work plan at the upcoming meeting.

The City’s Municipal Code requires the TAC to submit an annual report and work plan to be presented to the City Council by September 1st of every year.

Details on how to access the upcoming virtual meeting has not yet been provided as of this writing.
