UCLA Professor to Speak on Second Amendment and Gun Violence

In light of recent tragedies related to gun violence, UCLA constitutional law professor Adam Winkler, author of Gunfight: The Battle over the Right to Bear Arms in America (published 2011), will speak on the Second Amendment and what it means to gun reform in the Rector’s Forum at All Saints Church, on Sunday, May 12, at 10:15 a.m.

Winkler’s wide-ranging scholarship has touched upon a diverse array of topics such as the right to bear arms and corporate political speech rights. His work has been cited in landmark Supreme Court cases, including opinions handed down regarding the Second Amendment. For information call (626) 796-1172. All Saints Church is at 132 N.
