Umami Burger to Open Pasadena Location by the End of the Year

Umami Restaurant Group, creators of Umami Burger, named “Burger of the Year” by GQ magazine, today announced plans for an Umami Burger in Pasadena.

“Pasadena has a great dining scene,” said Adam Fleischman, founder and owner of Umami Restaurant Group. “We hope the community in Old Town Pasadena embraces us.”

The Umami Burger in Pasadena will be sleek, modern and minimalist, inspired by the nearby Apple Store. Umami Burger Pasadena will be located at 49 East Colorado Blvd., Pasadena.

The Pasadena announcement follows the launch of the Umami Products Company, selling Umami Dust, Umami Spray, Umami Master Sauce, Umami Ketchup and a number of other hand selected products, like Chris Ginder’s Spice of Life Hot Sauce, all available at umami.com/shop. Umami Burger will open its 11th location in Laguna Beach next week, on Wednesday, June 13th at 1:00 PM.
