The Umami Burger in Pasadena will be sleek, modern and minimalist, inspired by the nearby Apple Store. Umami Burger Pasadena will be located at 49 East Colorado Blvd., Pasadena.
The Pasadena announcement follows the launch of the Umami Products Company, selling Umami Dust, Umami Spray, Umami Master Sauce, Umami Ketchup and a number of other hand selected products, like Chris Ginderâ€™s Spice of Life Hot Sauce, all available at umami.com/shop. Umami Burger will open its 11th location in Laguna Beach next week, on Wednesday, June 13th at 1:00 PM.
