Vehicle Smashes Into Pasadena Thai Restaurant; Employee Suffers Minor Injuries

A car smashed into a Thai restaurant in Pasadena this afternoon after colliding with another vehicle, injuring an employee of the eatery, authorities said.

The crash occurred about 4 p.m. at the intersection of Orange Grove Boulevard and Los Robles Avenue, according to Pasadena Public Information Officer Lisa Derderian.

An employee inside the Chao Doi Thai restaurant suffered minor injuries from shattered glass, but did not need to be taken to a hospital, Derderian said.

There were no reports of other injuries.
