Pasadena City College women’s volleyball team sophmore Tiffany Roesler, an All-South Coast Conference Second Team setter in 2013, has signed a scholarship letter of intent to attend and play at Albany State University (Georgia), a NCAA Division II institution.

Roesler was seventh in the state and the SCC leader in assists with a 9.97 per set average. An outside hitter as a freshman here and during her high school playing career at Covina High, Roesler was converted to the starting setter spot her second season. She would go on to help the Lancers reach the second round of the SoCal Regionals and finish as the state’s No. 14-ranked team.

Roesler played for head coach Tammy Silva in 2011, sat out the 2012 season, and returned to play under interim head coach Bill Sanchez in ’13.

A communications major, Roesler will be a member of the Lady Rams at Albany as the team participates in the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC).
