We Get (More) Letters: Linda Wah

Published on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 | 2:06 pm

Thank You Linda

Since 2010, Linda Wah has represented Area 5 (San Marino, South Pasadena, and Temple City) to the Pasadena City College Board. She has served with unrelenting passion, installed innovative and creative programs, and increased opportunity to so many.

We have benefitted from her seemingly tireless efforts: having put PCC in a position to receive a $30,000,000 grant from the Mackenzie Scott foundation: making education free to first-time in their family college attendees: increased opportunities for high school collaborations for early college; increased college transfer acceptances for students to 4-year universities; built business/industry alliance for Strong Workforce/Career opportunities for students; and supported the PCC Veteran Students’ program.

A city college attendee herself, two of her three children also benefitted from that head start themselves.

Linda has served us well, with integrity, access, visibility and professionalism. A job well done, good a faithful servant!
