The Pasadena Police Department today sought the public’s help in a locating an older model small, black or dark-colored pickup truck that dragged a woman down the street Monday night, injuring her.
The extent of her injuries was not immediately known.
The woman, who was selling a piece of jewelry on Craigslist, had arranged to meet a buyer Monday night in the area of California Boulevard and Euclid Avenue.
A couple arrived at the location in the pickup truck. The woman showed the jewelry, which was snatched by one of the suspects – described only as a white woman and a white man, police said.
The woman grabbed onto the pickup truck and got dragged. She was thrown off when the truck turned. Police were called to the scene about 8 p.m. Monday on a report of a woman screaming at California Boulevard and Euclid Avenue.
