Principal Charel Bailey believes every student at Norma Coombs Elementary School deserves the opportunity to shine on stage. Thanks to a school-wide grant, Dr. Bailey and her team have enhanced the school’s auditorium with a new lighting and sound system, creating an improved space for student performances, assemblies, and special events.
