A Taste of Summer: Waverly Students Bring the Farm Indoors

Due to the rain, The Waverly Middle School gardeners held their Farm class indoors, but not before harvesting rosemary, mint, and grapefruits.

Embracing the spirit of summer, the students transformed their classroom into a sunny picnic scene, decorating the board with vibrant images of warm-weather gatherings. They then prepared and shared a refreshing grapefruit spritz made with soda water, agave syrup, and freshly picked herbs, bringing a taste of the season indoors.
