Altadena Arts Magnet Welcomes The Seed Bomb Project

A few days ago, Altadena Arts Magnet welcomed a special visit from The Seed Bomb Project team, founded by Rummy Goodyear after his home was lost in the 2025 LA wildfires at just 14 years old. What began as a personal act of healing has grown into a powerful movement to restore the land and uplift the community. Since then, Goodyear has made and distributed more than 5,000 native wildflower seed bombs across Altadena and Pacific Palisades, helping to regenerate fire-impacted areas and inspire environmental stewardship. The visit offered students a meaningful example of resilience, creativity, and the impact one young person can have. Thank you to @theseedbombproject for helping bring back beauty, nature, and hope—one wildflower at a time.
