Assumption Eighth Graders’ Successful Trunk or Treat Event!

Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary School 8th Grade students in Pasadena did not celebrate Halloween with the usual downtown trick-or-treating this year but 8th Graders and their parents saw an opportunity to do something different. A Halloween Trunk or Treat Event! The decision to pivot to the costume parade was due to safety concerns to prevent students filling sidewalks on Halloween! The parade brought an old-fashioned kind of feel back to the holiday. With whimsical fun! And this gave the kids yet another opportunity to wear their costumes in the community. Even Fr. Allan joined the fun!
