Aveson 2nd Graders Build Amazing Math Mosaics

Aveson School of Leader’s Ms. Jeanette 2nd grade students built some amazing tesselations recently. (Big word for math mosaic) Some drew them using circles or squares, deconstructing them into columns and rows and then worked on writing repeated addition sentences to describe each array.

Aveson School of Leaders (ASL) provides TK-5th-grade students with an innovative educational experience that encourages them to be self-motivated lifelong learners and prepared to make a difference in the world they live. ASL balance academics with social-emotional, healthy living, and social leadership skill-building.
