Barnhart 8th Graders Learn Thermal Energy and Heat



In Science, Barnhart 8th graders used their knowledge of thermal energy and heat to make their own insulators using common household items like cotton balls, rubber, cardboard etc. After creating their insulators, students competed in a challenge where their insulator had to keep water hot for the longest period of time!
