Blair: What’d You Do This Summer High School Students?

Welcome back to school! What’d you do this summer, high school students? 11th grader Rowan Marcotte spent one month in Rabat, Morocco, studying Arabic language and culture. She joined 20 other teens from around the country, learning how to haggle in the markets, how to make mint tea, and visiting other cities, such as a Casablanca and Tangier.

Blair is asking parents of Blair high school students to share what their kids did this summer, and plan to post these stories on its PTSA’s Facebook page to highlight the many ways these Vikings connect to the community, and to let younger students know about opportunities to consider in future summers. Are you a high school student or parent of one who had a summer job, internship, or another fun/interesting experience this summer? Send a private message to Kitty Cahalan and we’ll share it here!
