Blair’s JROTC Selected as Color Guard for Congresswoman Chu’s 6th Annual Diversities Luncheon and Awards Ceremony

Blair High School’s JROTC Selected as Color Guard for Congresswoman Chu’s 6th Annual Diversities Luncheon and Awards Ceremony held at the Historical Society of Temply City – Woman’s Club.

It was held at the Historical Society of Temple City – Woman’s Club. Mrs. Skinner’s husband was one of the honorees, at the event. It was a plus because neither knew the other would be there; proving once again you never know where the mighty cadets will appear next. They have already been called upon for 6 Color Guards before the end of September.

I was thrilled to accompany these cadets who gave up yet another day of their weekend – and before school has even started. Congratulations for a job well done.
