Carver School Goes Recycling

Carver Elementary School is calling all Parents to donate their used electronics and urge them not to throw away these items in the trash. Carver receives money for recycling used electronics such as cell phones, laptops, MP3s, PDAs, and tablets/e-readers/notebooks.

To kick-off the new school year of Carver Recycling, Carver Elementary School recently started a contest starting November 11, 2013! A word search will be coming in this Friday’s folder to familiarize everyone with what everyone can collect for Carver Recycling. Every child that turns in the word search will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a gift certificate from San Marino Toy and Book Shoppe!! Please watch out for it at this Carver School’s Friday’s folder.

Collect used electronics and bring all items to the drop-off location at the Carver Computer Lab or Carver Office Conference Room. Contact Eugenie Truong, springgenie2002@yahoo.com, for a pick-up from any of the Carver student’s classroom.
